Personal Assistant

We are seeking a capable, highly motivated, Personal Assistant for our midtown office.

This is a full-time position based in our New York office.



  • Organize and maintain daily calendars and schedule appointments
  • Screen all incoming e-mail and phone correspondence. Act as the first point of contact with clients and vendors for management
  • Coordinate and manage both business and personal arrangements  
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements  
  • Track and maintain documents, contacts, and expenses  
  • Ensure manager is followed up with regarding important tasks and deadlines
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and list compilations
  • Manage databases and filing systems
  • Document and maintain policies and procedures
  • Assist with various projects, general office management, and researching needs
  • Run errands in and around the office
  • Ad hoc and miscellaneous tasks


  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or personal assistant position
  • Strong attention to detail as well as solid organizational/time management skills  
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Independent, resourceful, organized and a self-starter  
  • Flexible demeanor and ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities
  • Responsible, trustworthy and discrete
  • Ability to be proactive and show initiative
  • Must be capable, trustworthy and have a positive attitude
